| One day after the Normandy Beach invasion, you might have seen this scene upon disembarking from an Allied landing craft. At this museum, you exit the craft onto the beach as the soldiers did, with several major differences. Visitors to this Normandy Beach are treated to a movie on the boat, are rarely seasick, and those in charge make sure no one will be shooting at you. |

| At the time that this work was painted, this was the largest "enviro-rama" to have ever been done, with a circumference of about 180 feet around. Pat Scott helped Jan paint this one, and Deborah gave a small assist with the brush as well. |
